On April 10, 1912, the Titanic set out from Southampton on its first journey, which eventually became his last. There were a total of 2,224 people on board, including 1,316 passengers. The owners of this majestic ship described the Titanic as an unsinkable ship in the promotion. However, this statement cannot be described as completely unfounded or unfounded. Its construction was designed to stay afloat even if two of its sixteen watertight chambers were flooded. It was really very difficult to imagine the damage that would send this ship to the bottom. Despite this confidence of the operators and the faith of all passengers, on April 15, 1912, the Titanic crashed into a glacier, which pierced a number of smaller holes in the hull. After this collision, the ship sank in just 2 hours and 40 minutes. Of the 2,224 people on board, only 711 survived.
