The Airbus А320neo airliner is a modified version of the very popular A320 aircraft with a narrow fuselage. The aircraft made its first flight in September 2014. Compared to the A320, it can accommodate up to 195 passengers. Its overall design is similar to the basic model A320, but the main difference between the new type of aircraft and the previous generation are more powerful and more economical engines. Fuel consumption is reduced by 15%, which increases the flight range of the transport aircraft by approximately approx. 900 km. The noise level is the lowest in its class. The neo version is easily recognizable due to the curvature at the ends of the wings, which improves aerodynamics.
