MiG-29K Fulcrum D - Trumpeter 06216

The Soviet Union developed the MiG-29 twin-engine 4th-Gen jet fighter in the 1970s. This 4th Generation of supersonic jet fighter entered Soviet service in 1983, with its first western reveal in 1986. The aircraft are also included in the inventory of 24 other countries. It remains active to this day. For the MiG-29, NATO uses the codename Fulcrum. The Fulcrum was operated to oppose the F-16/F-18 of the USAF. In February 2009, the latest version of the multi-role fighter MIG-29SMT (Izdeliye 9.19) joined the Russian Air Force. The multi-purpose carrier-based fighter MiG-29K is designed to protect warships and targets on the surface of the water and land, with exact guided weapons in any weather, day and night. The kit includes 72 parts to assemble a set of MIG-29K Fulcrum fighters in 1/350 scale. The fully assembled models are 4.6cm long and 3.4cm wide.
