Stridsvagn M40/L Swedish Light Tank

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a Swedish mid 30s designed Landsverk L-60 tank, in one of its latest improved series, M40/L, which changed turret and added some armour, keeping a 37mm gun as main armament. Around 100 units were delivered to Swedish army between 1941-1942.

They also was sold to Dominican Republic (some other sources cite M40/K as the version sold to Dominican Republic), who held them in service till 2000 decade. The illustration showed in the box it’s from one tank used during the Dominican Republic Civil War in 1965, these marks, "Pueblo”, were used by the so called "constitutionalist”. Kit includes decal sheet with generic Swedish numerals and one Dominican marking, shared with all the other Stridsvagn kits by IBG. Includes also a small PE sheet.
