de Havilland Mosquito PR.XVI
The Mosquito's greatest asset was its speed, capable of outpacing fighter aircraft of the time, making it suitable for military reconnaissance. The Mosquito PR Mk.XVI variant proved most effective months prior to the D-Day landing, it could go anywhere, see everything and the Germans hated them for it.
